Burlingame Dragons, Cal North Soccer Renew Partnership

Community Driven Organizations Combine Forces again for 2017 PDL Season

The Burlingame Dragons Football Club are delighted to announce a renewed partnership with Cal North Soccer, part of the California Youth Soccer Association for the 2017 Premier Development League season. This partnership looks to promote youth soccer in Northern California and allows the Dragons to join forces with an organization that shares it’s community-driven vision of using soccer as a conduit to make a difference.

“We could not be more excited to continue our partnership with Cal North.” said Jordan Gardner, President of the Burlingame Dragons FC. “Matthew Madeira (Cal North Executive Director) and his team have done a fantastic job growing the game at the youth level in Northern California, and we want to help continue that growth in any way we can. With over 6,000 Cal North players in San Mateo County, this partnership was a natural fit, as we continue to make community engagement a priority for our organization.”

Cal North is the pre-eminent organization in Northern California for youth soccer. It’s 163,000 members are divided geographically into nine regions representing over 300 clubs throughout the Northern California. Cal North is dedicated to assisting parents in developing youth as individuals and not just soccer players in a fun, safe and healthy environment for players at every level of the game.
